Enrollment Steps
We believe in thoughtful transitions. Here’s how we welcome new families into our community with care and respect.
Please complete a tour questionnaire to help us better understand your needs.
Tours are held on the first Tuesday of the month. Discover our philosophy, explore our environment, and get to know our daycare.
After the tour, you will receive an email with more information about enrollment and a form to complete. This form confirms your interest and helps us add you to our waitlist.
When a spot becomes available, we will email your family with the available start date, attendance schedule, and a proposed date for your second visit the following week. Second visits take place on Mondays or Fridays at 10:00 AM.
You will have 15 days from the date of the offer to confirm your acceptance. You may accept before the second visit or use the visit to help make your decision.
During this visit, you will have another opportunity to meet the teachers, observe our environment and daily routine, and ask questions. If you need to reschedule, please notify us in advance by email.
Once you accept the spot by email, we will send your enrollment forms, contract, Parent Handbook, and payment requests through Brightwheel. You do not need to wait until after the second visit to begin enrollment.
Please complete the required forms, review the Parent Handbook, sign the contract, and pay the non-refundable enrollment fee and first month’s tuition within seven days of receiving your enrollment documents and payment requests.
After your second visit has taken place and we have reviewed and approved your initial enrollment documents and payments, we will send your Final Enrollment Checklist with the remaining required paperwork.
If your initial enrollment forms, signed contract, and payments have been reviewed and approved before your second visit, you will receive your Welcome Package during that visit.
Otherwise, we will email you when your Welcome Package is ready for pickup. Please wait for this email before arranging your pickup.
Pickup is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Once notified, please email us the day and time you plan to collect your package.
The package will be handed to you at the front door. This is a pickup only, with no entry into the house, additional tour, or third visit.
Once all remaining enrollment documents have been completed and approved, we will send your Welcome Email with first-day instructions and access information.

Enrollment FAQ.
After attending your initial tour, please complete the Waitlist Interest Form sent to your family. This confirms your interest in Casa Feliz and allows us to add your child to our waitlist.
Casa Feliz currently only accepts infants under six months of age. Because our children stay with us through toddlerhood in small cohort groups, new spots only become available when a child graduates from our oldest group and a space opens in the infant house. For this reason, we cannot provide a specific wait time.
Enrollment opportunities depend on age group transitions and are offered based on availability and tour date. We encourage families to plan ahead and join the waitlist as early as possible.

After your second visit and approval of your initial enrollment requirements, we will send the Final Enrollment Checklist, including forms about your child’s needs, routines, and preferences. Once all remaining documents have been completed and approved, you will receive your Welcome Email with instructions for your child’s first day and access information.
At Casa Feliz, we do not enroll on short notice. We plan ahead and offer spots based on age group transitions and the expected start dates of families already on our waitlist.
When a spot becomes available, we reach out to the next family in line, often months in advance. For example, a family due to start in January might receive an offer several months earlier. Once offered, the family can choose to accept the spot or remain on the waitlist for a later opening.
Your offer email will include a proposed date for your second visit the following week, on a Monday or Friday at 10:00 AM. You will have 15 days from the date of the offer to confirm your acceptance. You may accept before the visit or make your decision afterward, within that deadline.
Once you accept by email, we will send your enrollment documents and payment requests through Brightwheel, with seven days to complete them.
We encourage families to join the waitlist early, especially during pregnancy, so that we can plan together with care and respect.
