My son attended Casa Feliz from 5 months old to 3 years. We had a great experience. I work in Early Childhood Special Education and have high standards for childcare. Maria, the owner, is warm and loving and is always educating herself about best practices for early childhood development. She is passionate about early childhood and takes pride in what she does for our community. She is particular about who she hires and has high standards for her staff. My son loved Casa Feliz, and I would recommend it to other families.

Above and Beyond Expectations! Its our first week and we are so happy that we were able to get a spot for our daughter. Leaving her in the care of anyone other than my husband and I was really hard to think about but after meeting Maria and the teachers at Casa Feliz, I knew our baby would be in good hands. We love the open communication and updates from naps, to feedings and everything in between. We are excited to have our daughter learn, grow and make friends at Casa Feliz!

Casa Feliz is a special place. Maria is a truly exceptional care-giver (and person, really) and she finds wonderful teachers who are dedicated and loving in their care. Casa Feliz alleviates the natural anxiety that comes with dropping off your most precious little person each day by sharing frequent photos and videos, and of course by the warm and happy smiles that greet you at pickup each afternoon. Our daughter has grown up from just a baby to now a nearly two-year old toddler running around all over the backyard playing games. She even picked up a bit of Portuguese along the way 🙂 We feel very lucky that we found Case Feliz, and highly recommend a visit for anyone in need of a daycare.

My partner and I regularly talk about how grateful we are to have found Casa Feliz! While dropping your precious baby off for their first day of daycare is a special kind of torture, I couldn’t have felt more confident. The staff are so warm and easy going, and they take such sweet, special care of our daughter. Maria has put together a phenomenal team and is wonderful about communication. She is open, approachable, and flexible, and has created a program that mirrors that. They even host parties for the families to get to know one another. We honestly couldn’t be happier knowing our girl is so well loved and cared for.

Our now 15-month old has been going to Casa Feliz since he was 7 months old. I am a first time parent and was nervous about daycare. From my first visit, I was impressed by the clean and warm house and the happy and well loved children. Maria and I connected immediately but more importantly my baby LOVED her. Over the months they have developed a very strong bond. I feel so grateful to have such a knowledgeable, consistent and caring childcare provider. It is a tight knit little group. The kids are a little family and my child is so excited to see everyone at every drop off. As a new parent, I appreciate her 25 years of experience. My husband and I even joke that Maria is 15x the parent we are as my kid sleeps and eats better with her than he does with us. We’re fortunate to find such a gem of a daycare.

Maria and Casa Feliz are fantastic! I know that my little one will always be loved, engaged, and safe. Maria has taken care of two of my children and they both love her to pieces. They always have fun, and never want to leave when I come pick them up. I highly recommend!

Maria is an amazing, warm, loving presence for children!!! I truly can’t say enough wonderful things! She is patient, thoughtful and reliable. She goes above and beyond for the kids. Your children will be well cared for and they will learn Portuguese along the way.

Maria is amazing with children – engaging, playful, attentive, and loving. She intermixes her native Brazil for a truly multicultural experience that creates a unique and enriching experience for young children as they learn about themselves and the world around.

Maria is such a gifted childcare provider and we feel so lucky to have discovered Casa Feliz! She provides great communication about our little boy’s daily experiences in her care so we are always aware of what he is eating, how he is napping, his play, his language development in Portuguese, etc. Maria spends a lot of time outside with our kiddos encouraging gardening, exploring, and outdoor creative play. Our son adores her and we cannot say enough great things about her!

Maria is amazing! My son was comfortable with her from the very first meeting. She is so loving and patient, and it’s such a comfort to know how well taken care of he is all day. I can’t recommend her enough, and I’m so glad we found her!
